Hi:

An end user has entered a purchase order and saved it.

Afterward, can another end user with a Team Member license pull up this purchase order and submit it for approval?

Hi

Based on following info as far as Team Member does not create a new PO and only open already created PO then the answer is yes

Hi John,

There is a possibilty to do it. So the anser is Yes. However if you want to control this, then you can do this from premission sets to control this issue.
