Org not shown in Plugin Registration Tool

I'm a CRM consultant, I'm an administrator for several CRM Online organisations in EMEA, I'm configured as a system admin in a new tennant and while several organisations I'm an admin for are displayed in the plugin registration tool, my latest one is not.

While XrmToolbox can connect to my environment using my credentials to register plugins, I'm trying to register service endpoints which are only supported in the plugin registration tool.

It appears to me that plugin registration is finding one of my tenants and then doesn't look for any additional tenants associated with my account.

How can I connect to my CRM Online environment using the Plugin Registration Tool?

    Hi,

    First of all, make sure you're using the correct Plugin Registration Tool that corresponds to the version of your organization.

    If the Org you are trying to connect to is a v9 environment, try to put Org ID instead of the CRM's URL - Example -

    testorg.crm.dynamics.com

    So, in the above URL, instead of 'testorg', put the OrgID from Developer Resources under Settings > Customizations > Developer Resources.

    There is no option to connect to CRM Online and enter the URL of the environment. Where should I enter the orgID as I only have options for Region, UserName and Password.

    Also while connecting using plugin registration tool , make sure to select list organization "Display list of available organizations" so it will show all the organizations where you have access and you can select which organization you want to connect.

    This is the option I'm selecting, the organisation is not listed. I definitely have sufficient access such that I should be able to access the organisation via plugin registration tool. Please see my earlier comment "It appears to me that plugin registration is finding one of my tenants and then doesn't look for any additional tenants associated with my account."

    Hi,

    If you have access to that organization with similar credentials surly but if it's not doing that make sure you are using latest plugin registration tool and if you are already doing that, try to use XRMToolBox and use plugin registration tool from there and see if it's making any difference. If still not working, you can raise a Microsoft support case.

    Have you tried this with the latest version. If not it is worth to download latest version and then check.  Considering its working fine in XRM toolbox, I think if it is not working in the latest downloaded tool then contact Microsoft support directly as this could be a bug/issue as well.
