When Qualifying a Lead and the information transfers to Contacts the Birth Month doesn't transfer. How do I fix that?

Hi,
Since the field is a custom field you will need to create a mapping in the relationship between lead and contact.

You can add new data mapping for Birth Month field from a Lead to a Contact record.

Scott, Thank you for the help. We will give it a try to see if this fixes the problem. I have passed this on to the system administrator. I will post the results but it may be awhile before I get an answer.
