If this incident is affecting all your users and you can’t see any menu inside CRM Online please open a ticket for CRM Online Support team and they will assist you to unlock your organization if possible.
If you see this error in some dashboards o sections for some users it will be because a plugin error, workflow blocking or permission problems.
My suggest is to open a ticket so CRM Online Support team can assist you to find cause and provide possible solution or solve the incident.
