Reason codes not appearing when entering at trx line item

This has been an ongoing issue where, it appears info (reason codes) do not always show up, even when entered, with a given transaction. As reason codes are entered during a trx and verified they go missing when viewing the trx in history they're not there.

We only use reason codes for adjustments, not transfer or variance transactions. Same Reason Code was used on more than one line item, yet on some line items of a trx they don't appear when posting.
