Hello,
I had added 2 variants to each item, and then add a item in Shopify on Dynamic 365 Business Central.
At that time, it is adding 2 variants, but I am going to add another item with same name in shopify variant.
How can I solve this problem?
Hello,

Thank you for your reply, Daniele.
So, currently, I am adding an item in Shpoify on Dynamic 365 Business Centeral.
At that time, I am going to add 2 items in Shopify Variants.
For example:
Once Item No = WERM-001 will be added in productions, Shopify Variants will have 2 items itemNumber = WERM-001 and WERM-001B.
I am not sure how can I add 2 items at once.
hi
To avoid adding duplicates of the same item with multiple variants in Shopify, you can consider the following steps:
Check if the item already exists in Shopify with the same name and variants. If it does, you can edit the existing item and add the additional variant without creating a new item.
If the item does not exist in Shopify, you can add it as a new item with the additional variant. However, you will need to ensure that the item name and existing variants match the ones already added in Dynamics 365 Business Central to avoid creating duplicates.
You can also consider using an integration tool or app that syncs data between Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify. This can help to ensure that any changes made to items or variants in either platform are automatically updated in the other, reducing the risk of creating duplicates.
Overall, it's important to maintain consistency between your item names and variants across both platforms to ensure that the data remains synchronized and duplicates are avoided.
