In Salespeople/Purchaser, what does Privacy block do, if we delete an agent, will it affects the POs he creatd in Navision 2018

Hi Community,

1. May I ask for Salespeople/Purchasers, what does Privacy Block do?

2. Now, say for example the purchaser leave the company, what do I do with the purchaser/salesman code when he/she leaves the company, but I don't want to delete it?

The reason why I don't want to delete because it will delete also the code in the purchase/sales order, and we will not have any traceability on who created those documents.

So how do we block the agent if he/she leaves in Navision?
