Transfer order Stuck in Shipped Mode

Hello,

We made a transfer order for 167 Units and 167 units were whipped and subsequently received as per normal practice but there is still whole TN quantity is stuck in /Receive Remain/ Column. TN also in Shipped status with Receive option greyed out. Screenshot attached for reference.

Do you still have an issue with this?

If you're using non-WMS

Then click on one of the lines then Inventory > Registration. I am assuming here that the product may have been picked twice.

Thanks for your reply. you are right. we are NOT using WMS. please tell me now what to do next. i found the option of Inventory and then registration option. Below is the screenshot for your reference. Please guide on what to do next.
