    Hi Mahadeo,

Thanks for the information about Email template. Could you please also let me know how we can remove the time from "Createdon" field when using word template.

    Thanks

    Hi Mahendra,

Thank you for posting the very helpful blog about fixing this. I gave it a try on my CRM system, edited the customization.xml file to contain the /@date field and then reimported/published the solution into the system. Unfortunately this doesn't fix it - after inserting email template the timestamp is still showing, even though the field itself is already set to Date-only (see screenshot)

We are on CRM 2016 on-premise and version number is 8.1. Do you might have any updates on this CRM version?

    Thanks much for your help

you need to modify template XML, and add /@date, then it will work..

Can be either from memory however I would use schema and if required don't forget prefix. i.e. "new_fieldname"

    Hi

That is what i have already tried, but when i press save it doesn't go yellow to indicate its going to work, then when i test it it does not work.

Should it be the display name or the schema name you use?

    That should work!

    ‘{!lead:estimatedclosedate/@date;}’
