My Site map is being viewed in side menu bar as in below screen shot:
But I want it to be displayed in upper menu bar like below screenshot:
Could you please let me know how to do that

The site map of the Unified Interface App is displayed as the sidebar.
The site map of the Web client App is displayed as the upper menu bar.
For the same OOB application module, it has the Web client App and the Unified Interface App. For example, Sales and Sales Hub.

In the Settings > My Apps, we can see all the apps, and the bottom of each app indicates whether it is a Web client app or a Unified Interface app.
For an already created app, we can't change it from the unified interface to the web client.
