How can I access nonprofit.microsoft.com/.../getting-started without having a non-profit account. Can I access it with any alternate method without having an Non-profit account? Please guide.

Thanks for reaching Industry accelerators team.
The Nonprofit Accelerator only has a D365 Sales license for the Nonprofit Sales, Measurement and CE package. The Nonprofit Core only requires a power app license and with future releases there will not be a D365 Sales dependency,however there is no requirement to registered nonprofit in order to download or use the Nonprofit Accelerator.
