How do i update multiple records in CRM? example : - i want to edit multiple contacts at the same time

Hi rahulvgerald,
You can do this using the CRM Views. For e.g. lets say I want to edit the Gender of Multiple contacts to "Male".
I can do this by selecting the contacts on the view like below:
Click on the Edit button in the ribbon as highlighted in the screenshot.
This will open the form and you can edit the field as required. Refer screenshot below.
Once the changes are done, click on the "Change" button on the bottom right to apply the changes
If you do not have the edit icon when you select multiple records, then you probably don't have permission for it. You will need to add/request Bulk Edit permissions for the security role that you belong to.
Navigate to the Security Role, and in the click on the Business Management tab, and in the Miscellaneous privileges section, check the Bulk Edit permissions.
