ReportI'm using POS 2009, latest service pack. Windows 7 Professional.
I created a layaway and took a deposit. Later I recalled the layaway, but the items were all gone (deposit was still there). I added the items back, but had trouble with the payment, so I restarted the software. Items were gone again.
This time I just used a generic non-inventory item to charge the customer the right amount and let them leave. I checked back after, and each item shows Available is 2 fewer than Total Inventory now. They think they're still on a layaway somewhere (twice now), but I can't get to them to close the layaway out.
I've used layaways successfully before. Never seen anything like this. Help?
