A user deleted Inventory movement journal lines after posting the transaction.
Is there any way to restore the deleted lines?
Hi, Is it in Production or non prod environment?
I don't think there's an easy way to recover deleted records. You can do Point in time restore from LCS keeping in mind that all new data created after that backup will be deleted. (Generally not recommended for production).

It's in production
and Point in time restore from LCS will delete all transaction after this date which will cause a lose of data
can I make refresh database on UAT & restore it on UAT from LCS and reinsert the records on Prod.
The record was in production, so even if you restore in UAT, point in time will not work. Since its production so you should raise a ticket to Microsoft. I doubt if they can restore it but give it a try and let us know.
