Hello,
Is it possible to add an editable grid to a quick create form? If so, how? I can easily add them to my "Main" forms, but can't seem to add them in quick create forms.

I am not sure if editable sub grid is available in a quick create form.

Hi partner,
Unfortunately, this is impossible.
Sub-grids cannot be added to a quick create form, so an editable grid also cannot be added to a quick create form.
Hi,
Quick create form is different from main form and they don’t support all capabilities of main forms. Controls like Sub-grids, Web resources, iFrames, etc. cannot be added to quick create forms.
Please refer below link for more detail,

Can you let us know the purpose behind adding editable grid on “Quick Create” form? So based on that we will provide you alternate solution for the same.
Thanks!
Thank you all! This feature is not critical so if it is not possible that is okay.
