When I receive a response email from a client, there is a lot of additional spacing in the version that I see. It's almost 2 lines spaces for every space that was in the initial email. Is this normal? I don't like the look of it. I know that in testing, the emails are sent to the client with the spacing I've set the email up with, it's the response that I don't like. Is there a way to fix this?
I'm new to Microsoft Marketing.
