Duplicate opportunity created while clicking qualify button twice on lead

Hi ,

I've created duplicate detection rule it works fine while creating duplicate opportunity directly but its not prevent duplicate while clicking qualify button on lead from.Is there any way to avoid this problem?

Hi Manikandan,

You can configure a Synchronous Workflow (real time workflow) on Opportunity creation, and have the same rules to avoid duplicates.

Real time workflows will work even while qualifying from leads.
