my co-worker changed her role center to ACCOUNTANT (ID:9027) and the loading screen takes around 7 to 8 minutes to finish.
I changed my RC to ACCOUNTANT and I get the same long loading times, looks like its the only RC that is running slow, also the problem occurs on every reload.
Based on the telemetry and session data, the user is stuck in the "Checklist Banner"-Codeunit. Sometimes the data will point out a
AL ErrorCode:NDBCS:LockTimeout
with the last used procedure
"Guided Experience Impl."(CodeUnit 1991).Complete line 3
I tried the following steps:
We use the cloud-based solution with the current version is 22.0.54157.54644. The update to the next available version 22.1.55890.56216 is planned for next week.
Maybe other people have the same problem?
