I want to change different user lookup view while assigning the form to user, the dropdown users should be populated from custom table lookup view not user lookup view

I know that the user lookup view while assigning the user is coming from "User lookup view" under user table user ,but when i assign user to the form i want lookup  to be referencing the custom table created lookup view where few users will be added, i don't want to filter the User  table  "User lookup view"  because there are other apps which will require all users to be populated so.

    Hi,

Sorry but it cannot be achieved.

You can post your proposal to Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.

    Hello Nya

    Thank you for the response.

But i dont want users to click on advanced lookup and choose custom lookup.

Is it not possible to create custom table or copy of users table and then reference that custom table while assigning the user?

    Hi,

You can create a view to filter out the users you need.

And when select a value for the field, click the "Advanced Lookup".

It allows to change the view.

But unfortunately, it has not been supported to set a view as a default view here.
