Dynamics 365 to Shopify to Omnichannel Market solution

Hi, my objective is to sync inventory / prices across my platforms.

Currently, I'm selling on Ecommerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee where inventory and prices is managed by a software (bigseller)

That software can be synced to Shopify as well.

i.e. Current stock for Item A is 10. 1 piece sold on Lazada. Updated stock for Item A is 9. Inventory reflected to Shopify

Our current ERP solution is SAP business one but we are trying to move to Dynamics 365 to manage accounting / PO / SO.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Dynamics now has a connector to Shopify. [https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/bdm/2022/05/26/dynamics-365-business-central-now-includes-a-shopify-connector/]

Is it possible to have inventory adjustments made in microsoft dynamics that will be reflected in bigseller and subsequently to the Ecommerce platforms?

I have the same question (0)

Seems like Dynamics 365 is lacking in app/software integration. If they have API access, maybe it can link straight to your software and not through shopify

The integration you have sited with the link  is related to Dynamics Business Central and this forum is related to Dynamics 365 Commerce. Dynamics 365 BC and Dynamics 365 Commerce are two different solution from the same family. Based on the size of your operations and functions you plan to perform on the new platform, you can decide ideal solution.

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain/Commerce has a service called Inventory Visibility Add-in which can provide near real time inventory information to any 3rd party system. If you ecommerce is capable of consuming inventory on hand information from a 3rd party this will be an ideal solution.

I would recommend you also take a look at Dynamics Business Central Forum if someone has raised a similar question there.

PS: If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
