More actions button not showing in MS teams approval

Hello,
 
im doing the integration of d365fo workflows approval through MS teams. but once thing is happening that the more actions button is not showing
 
but instead its showingn reassign button.
 
 
here is my automation design:
 
anyone can help me ?
