Exporting & Importing Data from one Tenant to another

Hi Everyone , I am new to CRM and to this forum and hope to get some help, I have created a new tenant and want to know if possible then how to export and import data from one tenant to an other , I tried doing from Customization --> Export Lables for translation and i get an error " No Language other than base lauguage is provisioned for the organization" and when I try to go see luganges from Administration --> lauganges , it does not show any laugnaue or allow to add any ....... I hope anyone can give some guidance .......... thanks in advance and looking forward for some good replies

    Are you trying to import data or customizations?

    If you are trying to import data e.g. Accounts, you need to export them into an XL spreadsheet using the 'export to excel' feature in a CRM , convert the file into a CSV and import the data into the other client using the Data import feature.

    If you are trying it import the customizations, then u will first have to export the solution file from the first tenant and import the solution file into the second one.

    Thanks Karth,  we have 2 CRM Servers one in Production and one in Dev, I recently created a new tenant in Dev server and trying to export everyting thing from Production , I successfully export and imported the customizaton but rest of the data i cannot

    I also exported and imported Data Maps successfully but whe I try to do rest it does not work

    I export in Excel and then I have to do a save as in CSV so I can import the data ,  When I checked for errors in Data Managment I see export errors

    " The Specified record cannot be found, The data for this record might have been incorrectly entered. Verufy the ID for the record you want to import."

    Would appreciate if you know and can help
