We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the ongoing issue in Dynamics 365 Business Central W1 Version 26.5. For several days now, we have been encountering the error message:
“An error occurred while trying to display the report.”
This issue is severely disrupting our month-end closing process, especially in journal-related reports such as General Journal, Payment Journal, and etc. We have already updated to the latest version (Platform 26.0.39898.0 + Application 26.5.38752.39969), but the problem persists. Please treat this with the highest priority. We are losing valuable time and productivity due to this unresolved issue.
