    Hi Neha,

It is basic question, but it not easy for exactly answer. There are many things that we need to consider to give customer the Net Work Infrastructure. Please refer these things below, hope they will be helpful for you.

About 500 users, I ensure that it is very Large Deployment and you have to deploy in Multiple Server . You should consider these servers that must be required:

    1. CRM Application server

    2. SQL Server

    3. SSRS server

    4. Email server (if you do not use Exchange server or other email online solution)

    5. AD server

    Type of deployment

    IFD deployment or not

And then you have to consider about Disaster Recovery

    1. Recovery Time Objective (RTO)

    2. Recovery Point Objective (RPO)

    It is just for production.

About development & UAT, you can choose All In One server.

You should strictly consider about Load balance of SQL server and CRM application server. CRM Application server can be installed for multiple server too. It is very important if your CRM system will be integrated with other system. You can read the first look for MS CRM here https://xrmcenter.wordpress.com/2016/03/27/microsoft-dynamic-infrastructure-first-look/

    Hope it will be useful
