Hello!

I just created a user but forgot to mark the option to allow her to close or exit out of POS.  Now it's locked.  Does anyone know how to get around this?  We only have 1 user license.  I forgot where that option was.

    Jeff, thanks for your reply.  Our problem though is the user that is currently logged on is not set up to be able to exit out of the system.  I can't changer her setting coz I can't log on.  Can I force POS to to end through Task Manager?

    If you didn't delete all of the cashiers, press F9 <Security> and have someone else log in so they can log out.  Even the default cashier 1 and Password should work.

    You still need to get into Manager and change the cashier's settings.
