the error message contains all the information you need to fix

the userid that has the problem

the privilege you need to give

Do you mean current user or do you mean the user you've identified by the user id in that error message? Could be two different users..

if it's the "current user", try to publish all customizations. I know it sounds weird, but it did help me a few times in this scenario

Looks like, there is a plugin or workflow running as another user.

That is triggered for these operations on account.

Please refer the following thread as well:

Thank you, it was a different user executing a workflow in the background without rights on the entity

Gopalan, Will workflow execute if owner of the workflow is disabled and has no license?

I was also getting same error, the cause is when we are assigning this account to some user or team, that user or team should have permission to "Process Session" entity

I have provided Organisation level permission to "Process Session" entity and to the team and now there is no error.

we had the same issue, turned out the account was set up with Access Mode = Administrative, needs to be Read-Write (Administrative does not equate to SysAdmin!)
