Different G/L Accounts Generated for Same Item in Sales Order After Posting

I created a Sales Order with the same item in two different lines, but with different amounts/prices. After posting, both lines were posted to different G/L accounts.

Does anyone know how this is possible or what setup could cause this behavior in Business Central?

    Hello,
Same item + different price should not by itself post to different G/L accounts. In BC, the sales/revenue account is normally taken from General Posting Setup, using the Gen. Bus. Posting Group from the customer/document and the Gen. Prod. Posting Group from the item/sales line. So I’d first personalize the sales invoice/order lines and check whether the two lines had different Gen. Prod. Posting Group values; that would explain different revenue accounts. Also, from your screenshot I see PREPAYMENT SALES 13%, so check the Sales Prepayments Account in General Posting Setup as well — prepayment posting can create entries to different G/L accounts than the final sales revenue account. Price/amount is not the driver here; posting groups/prepayment setup are.

Thank you @OussamaSabbouh@OussamaSabbouh, but the posting groups are the same for both lines, as you can see in the picture.
