Hello everyone,

The headline of last week's insight does not update the customer and top selling customer is top customer for January but many customers have more than this after that. kindly any help

Additionally, this item has not been the top seller for the past few months

You could review the code if possible.
Here in the query to obtain the top customer, we see that it adds the "Amount (LCY)" field from the "Cust. Ledger Entry" table

Using the below top customer query directly, I got actual top customers, but I don't know why in standard, the same query from Microsoft doesn't work automatically. Can you suggest a trigger or procedure to resolve the problem?

although I am using latest extension for headlines

You can also check the Job Queue Entries page and see if the job queue with Object ID 1441 has an error. The system uses job queues to update the headline so perhaps there is an issue there.
