Event 1026, .NET Runtime - CRM Outlook Add-in

Hi,

I have a user who is having problems with the Outlook CRM Add-in, after a few days of intalling and configuring the CRM add-in, it prevents Outlook from opening with the error 'Outlook cannot start', please see below for event log. They have the latest update rollup 16 installed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue are very welcome!

    Hello,

    Seems that the outlook getting crashed and not opening, The event logs reflect the error on .NetRun time.

    Check if your Windows OS is updated so we have the latest version of .NET installed.

    Check the link below
