Quote 'Revise' and 'Activate' btns not working after Dynamics 365 update from 9.0.0.3172 to 9.0.0.3272

We recently received a Microsoft Dynamics 365 update 9.0.0.3272. Revise and Activate Buttons are not working since then. No error msg, there is no action after btn click. Tried different browsers, using legacy form rendering, none of them worked. On revise button there is a system script : "/_static/SFA/quotes/quote.js " with function "activateQuote". I am not able to find these in the solution anywhere.

Could anyone please help?

    Hi brindapabari ,

    I was seeing the same problem in Version 1710 (9.0.2.1470) where "Revise" button has no response.

    I tried restoring the Description field as suggested by OswinK - it works!

    Update: Solved the issue by re-adding the description field on the form, which appears to be a mandatory field for most ribbon actions.

    Experiencing the same issue on 9.0.2.441: both revising and closing quotes no longer works. I have a ticket open with MS at the moment, but no solution yet.

    I'm experiencing the same issue in 9.0.2.197.  I see a new msdyn script added to the form.  I disabled it and disabled all business rules but that didn't work.  I reenabled the msdyn script, still not working.  I plan to open a ticket as I'm seeing a few other issues related to the quote entity.

    Hi,

    Since it is a online version, raise a ticket to Microsoft immediately.

    At the mean time, you can check is there any customization on the revise button.  Eg: plugin, workflow, JS.
