Average Cost Calculation

Hi Support,

How can we check if the Average cost calculation is working properly as we have updated a cost recently for a big amount of volume but the Average Cost has not changed from £8.00

It seems that in the Inventory Setup you dont have automatic cost adjustment set to always and you haven't run it manually either. I can tell this based on the cost is adjusted = no field in your item card. Run adjust cost item entries and you should see the Unit Cost change.
