How to deploy multiple web resources from Visual Studio to Dynamics 365 ?

I have originally been developing web resources using the Developer Toolkit (SDK 2013) in Visual Studio 2013. It was really good features to deploy multiple files such as css,html and js from Visual Studio to Dynamics CRM at one time. I recently tested the same features in Dynamics 365 online, but I couldn't connect to the server using the Developer Toolkit in Visual Studio anymore.

Is there any way to deploy multiple files from Visual Studio to Dynamics 365 at one time?

it works very well with multiple files and web resources and use it on a daily basis.
