How to setup Automatic Invoice reminders to ALL overdue customers

Hi All,

Seeking advise as im not too familiar with MC 365. Im wanting to setup an automatic invoice reminder that will go to all customers once the invoice shows overdue. How can I do this? Thanks you

Hey!

Are you using Dynamics 365 (Sales, FieldService, Finance, Project Operations)? Are you a Microsoft Partner that requires automatic invoicing using Admin Center?

Hi,

You can create an automated flow that:

• Checks invoices regularly

• Finds invoices that are Overdue

• Sends an email reminder to the customer

Trigger

Scheduled (runs once per day, usually morning)

Logic

Get invoices where:

Due Date < Today

Status = Open / Unpaid / Overdue

Action

Send email to customer

Hi,

if you are talking about FDinamics 365 Finance you have multiple ways of achieving that:

- Through Collection letters:

- Through customer account statements (Accounts receivbable --> Paeriodic task --> Customer account statemennt)

- Manually from the Manage customer credit and collection workspace using the "Email statement to contact":
