Is it possible to get a Smartlist Shortcut to the desktop without logging onto Diamond first?

    Hi Rajeana,

    Is Diamond a third-party developer of CRM? 

    According to this article, SmartList belongs to Microsoft Dynamics GP.

    So I recommend you move this post to Microsoft Dynamics GP forum.

    If I have any misunderstandings, please correct me.  :)
