Unable to log into D365

The license was procured and assign (when I checked admin center) but when i try to launch business central i'm getting a login error. The user also has the Global Admin role all feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

    It seems to be a license issue. Which URL are you using?
    Try the login page below:
    Alternatively, you can try opening the admin center first.

    You can search for business central login or use this URL: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/
     
    Login with the user whom you have assigned the license.

    Please check following
     
    1- Make sure your user is assigned Essential or Premium license. Other users can not be the first to login.
    2- Make sure you login through this link - https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/
    3- Make sure you signing in with correct user, probably try Icognito or priate mode and check.

    Hello ,
    That message usually isn’t about your admin role — it means Business Central can’t see a valid BC license for that user in the tenant context, or the tenant/user is being evaluated as an unsupported country/region. So check: the user is assigned a real Dynamics 365 Business Central license (Essentials/Premium/Team Member) in the correct tenant (not just M365), the user is signing into the right tenant/environment (not as a guest in another tenant), and the tenant organization country/region is set to a supported BC market (Microsoft notes country/region settings can trigger this exact screen).

    Good day everyone thanks for all the suggestions, I tried them all but I'm still getting the error. Here are some screenshots from admin center. Let me know if i'm missing something.

    Might be a stupid question but, assuming you are trying to login with the same user whom you have assigned the license.

    yes, i'm trying to login with the same user who has the license, this is a fresh setup so the only person who has a license right now is the admin and that is the user i'm trying to login with.

    Try using your browser's Secret Mode/Inprivate Mode first. It appears that the wrong account was logged in.
