Global gift voucher "attempts to connect HQ failed"

Hi,

We are testing on latest Service Pack 4 and Feature pack 1 Evey thing works fine except Global Gift voucher. We are planning to use this as a Store Credit only.

If customer return the item , we use this voucher as a store Credit.

We have selected store credit number should be auto generated.

On tender menu when we put the refund amount on voucher tender and then press OK - it says "attempts to connect HQ failed"

All 4 servers are up. First HQ Server & HQ Client then Voucher server & voucher client. All database running in Compatibility 80 and version 2.04.

MRMS version 2.0.0.163

    Make sure you have your HQ Client tab filled in in Store Operations Administrator | Configuration. That way Store Opewrations will know to reach out through the HQ Client to contact HQ.

    Hi Clint,

    Thanks a lot. worked fine after that. field update was missing in Store Administrator- >configuration->HQ client.

    one more qestion, do you happen to know if global voucher set toAuto generated how the customer/cashier will know thevoucher number which got generated by HQ. Its not apperaing in reciept.

    I got a custom receipt from RMS customer source where it shows Voucher number on a transaction. Thanks
