Export list for soft bounces

Hi, I'm only new to using Dynmaics & I have googled but can't really seem to find the answer.

I was wanting to generate a list of soft bounces, which I can do but it doesn't include their email address.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks

    Hi.

If you are using the marketing email in Marketing application, you can create a dynamic segment with a behavior block to filter out the contacts who are identified as soft bounces.

In the Members tab, you’ll see the contacts with their full names and emails by default after going live the segment.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
