System directed putaway is blank

Hi,

I have created a PO and have a 2 step putaway work setup.

When receiving my PO, I can see my work is created and it is pointing me to the correct locations according to my location directives.

When using 'user directed' I can process the work on the mobile application.

When using 'system directed' there is no work available to complete on the mobile application. However I can see it on the open work available.

Why is this?

    Hello Badel,

    Kindly check if you have correct Work Classes defined in your Mobile Menu Item ;

    Hi Badel, 

    Besides the work class, please validate whether the system directed work sequence query is used. If the latter is used but not configured it will also cause a scenario where no work will be suggested to pick.
