Deadlock on creating purchase orders

Hi,
 
We are using a system called Reqlogic integrated with BC. Relogic creates POs but we are experiencing deadlocks that are causing POs to be created wrong. Some POs are created with value 0 (no items) and in othe scenarios items are being duplicated or even triplicated on BC POs.
 
We activades telemetry but not sure what does the info means. Do you know what does this info means?

    We cannot analysis the root cause of this deadlock since we do not have your environment.
    It is recommended that you can raise a ticket to Microsoft for more professional assistance.

    Most deadlock problems are caused by customization. You can try to debug which processing is very slow.
    If it is due to the amount of data, please try splitting and trying again.

    this issue is obviously caused by the 3rd party system trying to create PO at the same time users are creating PO. There might be conflicts when BC is trying to create a PO using the same number while multiple users are working on the same task the same time.
