Order Status changes to submitted automatically - 365 BC Integration with Sales

Hi,
I have integrated the Dynamics 360 BC and Sales. Everything is working fine but the problem is when an orders comes in the Sales from ecommerce, it's status automatically changes to Submitted even the order's customer field is blank.
