Bank Account Statement Report (Business central Version 24) Issue

Hi Everyone,
 
Some of our clients have reported that in the new version of Business Central, when they print the bank account statement report, it shows outstanding transactions. Bank account reconciliation test report is not showing outstanding transaction. I have checked these transactions and confirmed that they are reconciled.

The issue seems to be with transactions that were reconciled using the old bank reconciliation page. These transactions are visible on the posted bank reconciliation page as cleared. Bank ledger entries page is also showing this transactions are not opened and statement status is closed.

Please advise on how we can resolve this issue.

    This seems to be a standard issue. I suggest submitting a SR to the Microsoft support team to ask them to assist.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    This is a common issue that came out with the new update. No fix for it as of right now. Submit a ticket to Microsoft and hopefully they fix soon. There is a way to build the report to pull the data differently, but it would require a developers help. The problem has to do with the entry not being closed out on the back end if the entry is manually matched. Hopefully they fix soon!

    Microsoft has released a fix for this issue but you do need to do a support ticket if you want to receive the fix. 
     
    I just loaded for a client and have a permissions issue with the fix program that Microsoft is looking into.

    Although the hotfix has been rolled out, but it is yet to be completed in the US.
      


    The dev team is aware and is actively working to make the fix available in all regions with no hiccups.
