We have installations of Microsoft RMS at Orgill stores using QuickBooks 2009 Pro. Integration works nice. We might be able to help: http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/
We have many installations at True Value hardware stores where Microsoft RMS is integrated with QuickBooks 2009 Pro right out of the box. We might be able to help you: http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/
Not in QuickBooks 2009, but it is partially working in QuickBooks 2008 in the case of the business I am working with.
