Positive Pay checks only

I created a positive pay export file but it is including payments that were made electronically. How can I restrict the positive pay file to only provide payments made via check?

Currently we do not have a way to do this. I do know there have been discussions around making this an option. I would recommend entering in a Product Suggestion on our Ideas site.
