
We have a situatuion like we need to capture the feebback from customer from email template by clicking on the number of stars in the email template and that should be captured in the feedback entity in crm.

I have the same question (0)Hi, I am not sure if this functioanlity is avalible OOB, however I am sure if you have Dynamics for Marketing (new one) app then definitely you can do it using OOB features.

If you don't have that app then, you can always implement a simple workaround.
1. Create a simple web resource
2. Put a link on your email template to this web resource
3. Once user clicks on this email then they will be redirected to web resource and rest you know what to do :)
