WMS - Picking of different units from different locations

Hi,
I have a question about WMS picking possibilities.
I have an item with defined unit conversions e.g. 1 Pallet = 500 Pcs and 1 Box = 50 Pcs. Unit sequence group contains all 3 units (PL, Box, Pcs).
For a sales line with quantity 559 Pcs I need to create 3 works for different location zones. Pick 1 Pallet from location A, pick 1 Box from location B and the rest (9 Pcs) pick from location C.
Is it possible to setup this process?
Thank you
Libor

    Hi Libor,

Yes, above scenario is possible by breaking the work templates based on UOM. Hope you're aware of work header breaks on the work template. Configure 3 work templates, break the header using unit.

And to pick respective Units from different location, you will have to configure location directive using restrict by unit feature. Depends on how you want to configure. Thanks

    Hello Libor,

On location directives > Lines > Check on Restrict by unit

    pastedimage1624545515227v1.png

Either create multiple lines for each unit e.g. PL / Box / Ea or create 1 line > enable restrict by unit add Box / PL to "Restrict by unit" list.

Now on Location directive actions you can set as unit filter set location profile to do pick or if you have multiple lines then set location direct action for each line.

As suggested by Daxer, Work header break in work template would break the work id into 3.

    Hope this helps
