Hi hanaa,

There is no standard connectivity between Documentum and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so a custom integration will be required.

Hi hanaa,

I have not worked on this particular integration, but it should be possible using the Documentum API, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
