Hi everyone -
I have three users whose shortcuts are disappearing when logging into Dynamics GP. We are currently using Dynamics GP 2015 R2 in a terminal server environment and no service packs, hotfixes, or updates to Dynamics GP or 3rd party applications have been applied since December of 2015.
After the user logs in, I switch users and log in as the administrator, then have the user log back in (all through Dynamics GP) and then the users shortcuts reappear. I've tried to reconcile the Shortcuts Bar Master and run Recompile, Update Statistics, Drop/Recreate Stored Procedures against the Shortcuts Bar Master table, but nothing is working.
I'm at a loss - has anyone seen this before or have an idea of how to resolve it?

This might be the case where you need to change the Role for the User, see the previous posts if this relates.
