    Hi DivyaShankar,

It is likely that someone deployed the Plugins and Custom Workflows between the organisations.

    Hi,

it is time to ask your teammate to see if anyone deployed the solution. can you check via solution?

Could you share any screen grabs please?  I think your plugin registration tool is using some cached connection details and it still connects to your old instance.

When you connect to the instance, could you tick the option 'Display List of Organisations' - This way you can make sure you are connecting to the right one not to the default.

If it still does not fix the issue, i will clear the plugin registration tool config and dat file and try again and see if that fixes and also check the log file to see if you get any errors or more details logged in there

    In Addition to Kokulan's suggestion.

You can also try to clear credentials from creds manager of windows. Also delete the whole PRT folder from and try again : C:\Users\rawish.kumar\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics365 Plug-in Registration Tool

I would lastly recommend you delete this PRT and get a new one from : docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget
