Not able to access model driven app in Play mode

I have all the necessary permission to access the app but not able to access it.
Getting below error:-

    This problem may occur when the network environment is poor.
    It is recommended that you try logging in in privacy mode and clearing your browser's cache and cookies. or logging in with a different browser.

    Alternatively, this post mentions an issue similar to yours, which you can check to help you find a solution.
