I'm sure the answer to this may be simple....but need some help none the less.
Our AR clerk was trying to print a statement for one of our customers today and is getting a "No records to print" response.........I am pretty sure all the setups and dates etc are correct....and there is info in the account (I can see it in the Receivables Summary & the trx history).............. To double check it....I then tried another customer that I know has recent activity and got the same response...........but at the moment it seems to be just these two.........other statements are printing fine.
I tried printing the statements for the entire Classes that they belong to (n.b different Classes).......and the individual customers did NOT print in the list of statements.
Not sure where to go from here..........I was wondering if there is some sort of maintenance utility I could run on the individual customer account's...in case something is corrupted a a bit..?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Wayne,
Check in the Customer Options WIndow that a "Statement Cycle" exists, have seen where these have been blank.
